WTG ALUMNI TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
Introduction
Welcome to WTG Alumni, a private online networking service operated by World Trade
Group and its affiliates ("WTG", "us" or "we"). This agreement sets out the terms and
conditions that govern your access to and use of the WTG Alumni website at
www.wtgalumni.com ("WTG Alumni" or "this Website") and our services ("Terms and
Conditions"). As a registered member of WTG Alumni and by accessing and using this
Website, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions and
the Privacy Policy and
agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions, you may not use or access our services.
We reserve the right to modify and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time for
any reason and without prior notice. Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will
be posted on the website and it remains your responsibility to check for any such
changes.

Eligibility & Membership Conditions
Membership to WTG Alumni is by invitation only and is not available to the general public.
As a member, you may not have more than one active account, nor may you open an
alternative account if your membership is suspended or terminated for any reason. You
may not sell, trade or transfer your account to another person, nor may you access or
use any account belonging to any other member.
You are responsible for keeping secure and maintaining the confidentiality of your login
username, password and account details, and you are fully responsible for all activities
that occur under your password and account. If you knowingly provide your login and
password information to another person, your account and access privileges may be
suspended temporarily or terminated. You agree to immediately notify WTG Alumni of
any unauthorised or suspected unauthorised use of your password or account or any
other breach of security and WTG cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage
arising from any such unauthorised use.
We reserve the right to withdraw, suspend or terminate any part of your membership to
WTG Alumni and the right to impose a membership fee at any time. Your continued
access to and use of WTG Alumni is strictly conditional upon abiding by the terms but
also on payment of any fees applicable.
WTG Alumni is made available for personal and individual use. We provide a platform
and environment for networking and sharing information. If members enter into
agreements, arrangements or transactions with other members through WTG Alumni,
we are not a contracting party to such agreements, arrangements or transactions and
cannot be held liable or responsible in any way regarding the same.
Termination
WTG is entitled at its sole discretion and with or without cause, to immediately terminate
your member account and all access to this Website without prior notice. Without limiting
the foregoing, the following will lead to a termination by WTG of a user’s use of the WTG
Alumni (a) breaches or violations of these Terms and Conditions or other incorporated
agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government
agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated account termination), (d) unexpected
technical issues or problems, and (e) extended periods of inactivity. Termination of your
WTG Alumni account includes removal of access to all offerings within WTG Alumni and
may also bar you from further use of WTG Alumni.
Any account termination by us may take into account the interests of WTG and the
interests of the members of WTG Alumni as a whole. Our proprietary rights, disclaimer
of warranties, indemnities, limitations of liability and other provisions of these Terms and
Conditions shall continue after termination of your membership. We will not be liable to
you or any third party for the termination of your account or access to WTG Alumni.
Acceptable Use Policy
In accessing and using the content of this Website, you agree to abide by all applicable
laws, regulations and codes of conduct and you will not engage in any activities relating
to this Website that are contrary to such laws, regulations and codes.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to
our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access this Website
through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with

relationships (including without limitation, addresses, phone numbers, email
addresses and credit card numbers of any third party, insider information, or any
other proprietary, private and/or confidential information);

act that infringes the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any person;
- falsely state, impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent your identity, including but
not limited to the use of a pseudonym, or misrepresenting your current or

material that contains software viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other
computer code, files or programs that are malicious, technologically harmful or
